Santosha is designed to be a calm and restorative space. I kindly ask that phones are kept on silent and voices remain gentle so everyone can enjoy the peaceful environment.
Health and courtesy
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
I also kindly ask that children who are unwell are not brought into the studio. Thank you for helping me maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for all who visit.
Appointments and changes
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as this time has been reserved especially for you.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a small deposit is required for new clients and for treatments longer than 60 minutes.
New hair clients require a $50 booking deposit. Facial and body treatments over 60 minutes require a deposit of 25 percent of the treatment value.
This deposit secures your reserved time and will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
Price amendments
From time to time my service prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in product costs, service development and the continued quality of care I provide.
I do my best to keep all pricing current, however prices may change without notice.
